Our last wedding of 2017!! TGIF, y’all!! I am so excited to share our last 2017 wedding…the awesome Caryn and Ryan at The Stockroom!
Caryn and Ryan have known each other for around 10 years! But they have been dating for about 5 years. High school is were they met, then they worked their first jobs together and took a few classes at Wake Tech together. A couple years after that they officially started dating!
The way they talk about each other is the sweetest! Caryn says that he is her best friend in the entire world – always supporting her, always making her smile – and he’s such a genuine person and has the biggest heart. She couldn’t pick just one thing she liked the most! 🙂 Ryan says she makes being himself super easy! She constantly cracks him up. They can hang out with each other just like best friends would, and he says the fact that she is hot is a huge perk 😀 LOL!
Their proposal story is one of the best! Ryan went all out and planned an elaborate proposal on a cruise last November. He contacted someone at Royal Caribbean and they helped him plan everything – from a fake letter on their door saying they were invited to a showing of a special guest room with a balcony, to a guitar player, photographer, chocolate covered strawberries, and champagne. The proposal took place with the sun setting in the background while the boat was pulling away from the dock. Is that romantic or what?!! Then there were huge bouquets of roses when they got back to their actual room. It was amazing to say the least! Great job Ryan!!
Ryan and Caryn choose The Stockroom because they love the exposed brick, the wood, and the character in the building. The venue is so beautiful by itself that they don’t feel like they needed much decor. We couldn’t agree more! The Stockroom made a fantastic backdrop for these two love birds!
Their wedding was absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t be happier for Caryn and Ryan! We wish them many happy years together!
