The Oaks at Salem Vendor Marketplace hosts vendor booths year round to help their couples plan their events. When clients come to tour The Oaks, they will also get to tour the Vendor Marketplace. Even if you are not booked with The Oaks, please go tour the marketplace as theses amazing vendors can go anywhere!
As co-owners of Bow Tie Collaborative and Bourbon Booth, Bill and I are always looking for new and creative ways to reach potential clients. We advertise on many virtual vendor marketplaces, magazines, blogs etc. as well as our own social media sites. However, when April from The Oaks at Salem approached us about her Vendor Marketplace, we knew we could not miss this amazing opportunity! When April first told us about her vision of the converted horse barn at the back of the property into a vendor market place we were super excited…but what she created there, truly exceeded our expectations. The wood accents, gorgeous lighting, reclaimed “stalls”, fresh paint and vintage wine barrels have transformed the space into a unique and beautiful experience for her couples! She even created a separate office space that is perfect for sitting, having a beverage and looking over all the information gathered from the many talented vendors in the barn. Walking around the barn you can’t help but get wedding fever with all the exciting booth designs and inspiration!
Putting together our booth at the Vendor Marketplace was definitely a labor of love! It was really fun to look through all my past weddings and create a collection of work to showcase for The Oaks At Salem. Gahh…I have so many beautiful brides!! Some curtains, a rug, a couple of chairs and a bookcase helped create an inviting place for future Bow Tie brides to sit and relax and dream about their own weddings <3 <3
We have a wall that is dedicated to our new, luxury photo booth, Bourbon Booth! It has been a real treat to see how well Bourbon Booth has been received. It was a challenge creating a space that would show our booth as the high end experience that it is. We know that brides today have a lot of choice when it comes to photo booths but we have created a real luxury experience using the best backdrops and props. We also create custom templates for each event- using monograms, color themes etc. At Bourbon Booth we also encourage social sharing from the event!! Everyone leaves with a keepsake picture and a gallery is set up for the Bride and Groom to download all the pictures from their event! What more could anyone ask for?! L O L We have had so many great events and we are excited to be able to offer it to our 2018 brides and beyond!
I also included photos of our new partners Gwen Burke and Heidi Brecht of BESPOKE BEAUTY! Bespoke Beauty offers a makeup and hair experience to brides and their bridal parties! Their services include high end beauty products, hair extensions, men’s grooming and so much more! If you are a newly engaged I highly recommend checking them out!
