Get EXCITED!!! …there is all kinds of cuteness on the blog tonight!! Sweet newborn baby cuteness, perfect puggy cuteness, a super-duper cute nautical nursery…oh, and mama and daddy – they are pretty cute too! 🙂 As a family of now 3 (4!)….meet the Potter family and their adorable new addition – Landon Brooks! Landon gave his mommy and daddy a little surprise and entered this world a week before his due date! Sure, that doesn’t sound like much, but as a first time mom you almost always hear your entire pregnancy “you will be late, so get ready”. So when baby boy makes his arrival even 7 days earlier than expected, it puts you into high gear!!
I love baby nurseries…remember I told y’all…I only do this to stalk the nursery ideas!! haha! 🙂
 Sweet little Landon gave me a smile within 3 minutes of being in front of my camera! What a pro!
Oh, Roy. Roy was by my side this entire morning! I could totally hear him in his head  – “please! you! whoever you are! give ME some attention! please!”    Yes, Roy, I will take your picture…and then maybe you can step aside?

What a sweet morning this was! I love capturing these days at home, the first days, right after brining your new baby home. So clueless, sort of crazy, yet so together, but totally prepared. Lauren and Jake, you two are awesome parents already. I know this baby didn’t come easy, and perhaps, that makes it all the sweeter. I am so glad to know you both and can not wait to watch your family grow!
