Y’ALL. Boy oh boy do I have a treat for you this week! Bill and I packed up last Friday afternoon and headed to Charleston for Morgan and Briggs’ amazing wedding day! We’ve been wanting to shoot in Charleston for a long time (I mean, photographer heaven, right?) and we are so thrilled Morgan and Briggs trusted us to capture their day! You both are so incredible and y’all have THE BEST family and friends in the world!
Morgan and Briggs live in Raleigh, so this was a destination wedding in Charleston, for pretty much everyone! The ceremony was at the ever so quaint St. Luke’s Chapel. The reception was held at The Cedar Room, located in the old Cigar Factory and featuring historic wood columns, hardwood floor and original elements of the 1881 building! AND huge windows with AMAZING natural light! It’s rustic and romantic vibes were wedding day perfection from start to finish! There was no shortage of beautiful backdrops in the city and we even found some beautiful Spanish moss to use as our backdrop! Gimme ALL the Spanish moss, Y’ALL!
This was a good one!! Enjoy!!
We asked Morgan to share some of her wedding details with us.
